Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (also test day for Home Study and Online Course)

Attendance at BOTH evening sessions is required if you are not taking the Home Study or Online Courses.  Attendance at the SATURDAY session is REQUIRED to complete all courses, including Home Study or Online.

If you are taking the Home Study or Online Course, you must be there EARLY on Saturday (7:45am) to sign up and take the test. THIS IS STILL AN ALL DAY CLASS!  (The state mandates a minimum of four hours.  The content in our course requires all day)

The minimum age a student can be certified is 9 years old.  The minimum age a student HAS TO HAVE THE CERTIFICATION is 17 years old.  A parent or guardian must accompany and sign the registration form for students under age 17 at the first class they attend.

COST: $15.00 for any of the courses.  Payment should be made in person by cash, a personal check (with proper identification), money order or certified check.  Please do not mail the payment in advance.
Make payment to: G. P. G. C. Education Committee

The evening sessions are conducted inside our (temperature-controlled) clubhouse.

Please dress according to the weather on Saturday, as you will spend much of the time outdoors.  You will be walking through grassy (potentially muddy) areas so wear appropriate shoes.  During warm months, it is recommended that you spray your ankles and waist with a strong insect repellant (Deep Woods OFF) to prevent chigger bites.

Please do not park next to the shotgun fields so that club members can still have access.

Soft drink machines are provided in the clubhouse for 50 cents per can.  There will be a lunch break on Saturday but food is NOT available on site, so plan accordingly.

DO NOT WEAR FULL CAMOUFLAGE CLOTHING OR BRING FIREARMS AND/OR AMMUNITION TO CLASS.

See the location map on the web site for directions to the club or click here for an alternate map
